These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Margin Method CPA, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, or client portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services Provided
• We offer professional bookkeeping, fractional CFO, financial reporting, and consulting services.
• All services will be outlined in your proposal and agreement.
Client Responsibility
• Provide timely and accurate information and documents.
• Respond to communication requests within reasonable timeframes.
• Ensure all required tax and legal filings outside our scope are completed on time.
Payment Terms
• Fees and billing schedules are outlined in the signed proposal.
• Late payments may incur fees or suspension of services.
Confidentiality
• We will maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary client information.
• Client data is securely stored and only shared as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
• All templates, tools, and deliverables created remain the intellectual property of Margin Method CPA unless otherwise agreed.
• Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal business purposes only.
Termination
• Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in your agreement.
• Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable, and access to deliverables may be revoked if unpaid.
Limitation of Liability
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability will not exceed the fees paid for services in the last 60 days.
Governing Law
• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
Changes to Terms
• We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted to our website and effective immediately upon posting.
